Nail Interior Construction is seeking a motivated Commercial Framer and Drywaller Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction. Apprentices work alongside experienced foremen and journeymen to learn the skills required to install metal stud framing, gypsum wallboard, suspended ceilings, and related interior components in commercial environments. The Apprentice will assist with layout, material handling, and installation, while learning proper safety procedures, and quality standards expected on professional commercial job sites.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and stage materials and tools
  • Assist with metal stud framing for commercial interior walls and furrdowns
  • Install thermal and sound batt insulation
  • Measure, cut, and install gypsum wallboard panels
  • Help install suspended ceiling systems
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors
