Nail Interior Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Framer and Drywaller – Foreman to lead field crews on commercial interior construction projects. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, coordinating manpower and materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications.

This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, and commercial interior assemblies, along with proven crew supervision experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead framing and drywall crews on commercial projects
  • Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and manpower allocation
  • Ensure accurate layout and installation of metal stud framing systems
  • Oversee drywall hanging, finishing coordination, and ceiling installations• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project standards
  • Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Manage job site productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Track materials, equipment, and job progress
  • Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
